Mandarin Oriental, Paris

This hotel is excellently located in a beautiful area of the city very close to the Place Vendome. The service in this hotel was exceptional and the best Mandarin oriental that I have ever stayed in. Nothing was ever to much trouble and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy with everything from check in, drinks in the bar, remembering our names, outstanding breakfast again with great staff. A particular mention to the door staff who remembered our names and what plans we had for the day, even taking our shopping to the room for us. We will definitely be back!

Staff, from check in through every facet were extremely friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Astrid who checked us in, took us to our suite and ran through the equipment and facilities with us. A very nice bottle of Champagne was waiting for us on arrival in the suite.The location is great, a short walk from the Louvre. The concierge personnel were very helpful and keen to help in any way they could. In room entertainment is all Bang and Olufsen. That speaks for itself. Truly a Five Star experience.

The staff in the hotel were unbelievable, what fantastic service! The swimming pool was fabulous. The Hotel was also in a great location.

The location was awesome. The rooms are large especially for Paris.

Their guest relations went out of their way to accommodate our restaurant requests.
